Project Information: These carpets are part of the Digitas design standards and were chosen for their versatility, durability and timelessness. Typical at an ad agency, people and groups get moved around quite a bit. Digitas set out to achieve a universal and easily adaptable look. The private offices feature a custom JJ/Invision tile and the open office areas feature the Tanka line by Tandus, both in the charcoal gray family.

Consolidated Celebrates The Holidays With GNYFCA
On Thursday, December 5, our company attended the Greater New York Floorcoverers Association Annual Holiday Luncheon. It was a great day spent with friends in the local flooring market, celebrating the holiday season and discussing trends in the industry.
A highlight of the day was a moving send-off to the Executive Director for GNYFCA, Jim Dipelesi, as he is set to retire at the close of 2013. With over 72 years of experience in the flooring industry and more than 25 involved with GNYFCA, Dipelesi has built a reputation for being a leader, mentor, and trailblazer for the organization and its members. We thank Jim for his service to the industry and his incredible friendship and wish him the best of luck in the next chapter of his life!

The 1970’s brought forth many of our most popular and iconic installations to date, including the original Twin Towers at the World Trade Center, The UN Hotel, Met Opera, and Plaza Hotel. This decade also saw our company branching out from primarily education and hospitality projects into large-scale corporate jobs such as Conde Nast and AT&T. During this time, our account executives, installers and entire organization frequently held family picnics and golf outings. Beyond the Meberg Family, Consolidated Carpet began to be its own family.
